The Directors
The leadership of the firm is provided by two directors, Mr. Ian McNally and Ms. Allea Mahmood.
MANAGING DIRECTOR: Ian R. McNally
Prior to the incorporation of Reliance Consulting Group Ltd, Ian McNally was Director of Caribbean Operations of Project Management firm Boyken Caribbean LLC, a subsidiary of the Atlanta-based Boyken International. Reliance Consulting Group Ltd., was formed by Mr. McNally, as a strategic move based on his 'take over' of Boyken Caribbean, and all it's local operations. With a BSc in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA – Finance, Mr. McNally's experience in the construction and development industry began in 1992 with his return to Jamaica.
Mr. McNally has since been involved with numerous projects in the Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors of the construction/development industry in Jamaica, and the Caribbean. His technical background coupled with 15 years of solid experience affords him a sound technical understanding of all issues relating to the field. His attentions to detail and thoroughness while coordinating the efforts of numerous consultants have been vital to the success of many projects.
As Managing Director of Reliance Consulting Group Ltd., Mr. McNally has ultimate responsibility for the company, and the success of all the projects.
DIRECTOR: Allea Mahmood
As Director of Reliance Consulting Group Ltd., Ms. Allea Mahmood offers 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Having also been employed to Boyken Caribbean and other associated companies, Ms. Mahmood has worked successfully with Mr. McNally on numerous projects.
Ms. Mahmood's formal training in Interior Design, has given her deep understanding of the importance of detailed specifications, and comprehensive construction documents, to the success of projects. As such Ms. Mahmood is responsible for the daily operations of the company, focusing much of her attention, with our Project Managers and Engineers, to ensure the completeness of construction documents.
The other permanent and contracted members of staff at Reliance Consulting Group Ltd., offer a further 25 years of experience collectively, and provide the support to ensure cost effective timely completion of projects with which we are involved.
The formation of Reliance Consulting Group Ltd, represents a forward step in the evolution of a group of individuals who seek to provide cost effective professional services and general solutions to the development industry.
